Seems that this site has been languishing for quite a while. I know that a KF facebook page was made some time back, but I am never on Facebook.

Hey Daniel,
Bruce Sims and I have been the only ones to post anything on the Facebook KingdomFighter page, since November of 2008 (and then that member vanished, along with his last post). What's that about? It's really kind of sad, given how very rich and diverse Korean swordsmanship is.
Say, did Ninjamom make it back onto this site? I miss a lot of the fascinating older posts. Sure, you can go through the archives but it isn't the same. I loved the lively interactions from "The Good 'Ol Days".We really must make a concerted effort to breath a little life back into this forum!!!
Be well and practice often, Jon Palombi

Definitely. This was the only place I was ever on until it went down and I ended up finding Martialtalk. I would love to see K/F restored to its former glory.
I have not seen Ninjamom for quite awhile. I think she popped in once or twice since the site was back up, but I haven't seen her since.
I'm still haunting here though.

I do pop in on occasion but I don't write much... I sort of stopped posting on KW as well. It's been a nasty downturn for me as I work in the steel industry providing debar for the construction industry....

Well I have been MIA with Kendo for a long time now, I've been doing Jeet Kune Do and Kali for the most part until I had to pack up and leave for college. Until I am back home during the summer, I am currently doing Judo at a Judo club here in the University

Kumdo/kendo or no, it it still good to hear from you. How do you like JKD and Judo?

JKD is great, the art is truly a Philosophy in motion. I actually stopped doing Kendo/Kumdo because I feel more at home with arts such as JKD and Filipino Kali, plus I am actually enjoying doing a bit of MMA along with JKD.
I am enjoying doing Judo as well. It feels great when you execute a proper hip throw!

Hello Guys!
Sorry I haven't been around Kingdom Fighter recently. My kumdo has been languishing since my hand surgery early last year and busy work schedule.... By the way, I did make my first dan last year and received my certificate from KKA in Oct/Nov time frame. I went back to practice last Thursday, the first in about four months, and I'm suffering from aching muscles and torn skins. Oh well, that's the price for not practicing.
How are all you guys doing? I'm glad to see Daniel, Caesar, Jon, and Sleepykid are still around.
Congrats on your first dan! And I hope that your hand has recovered!
Daniel
